Shipping & Handling Charges
Lydia Maskiell Interior Collection will, on behalf of the customer, organise appropriate freighting, Australia Wide. All freight costs are payable by customer. We suggest that you choose a delivery address where someone is present to accept your delivery during business hours. Your workplace is the ideal delivery point. Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. It is possible to track your order using the courier company’s online tracking system.
Timetable for delivery if stock is available in the warehouse, unless other delivery timeframe is indicated in the product description. If delivery is expected to be outside of tis timeframe, we will personally call you.

Please allow additional delivery time for rural or outside metro areas, please contact our web shop via email, firstname.lastname@example.org if delivery is outside a reasonable timeframe.
You are liable for payment of all delivery charges, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access. You must ensure correct delivery address details are provided to us and notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address (e.g. staircases or narrow passages) as extra charges may apply.
We will use reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date. If we do not meet the estimated delivery date for any reason, our liability will be limited, at our option, to resupplying the goods at a different time or at a maximum, to the refund of the purchase price.
Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. Should an appropriate person not be available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs.
You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the site to allow the delivery of the products.
Upon agreement and payment of the freight charges, the customer is responsible to all terms and conditions of the individual Courier Company of their choice. Once your order has left our warehouse, Lydia Maskiell Interior Collection will not be responsible for any delay in delivery time, lost or damaged deliveries, as a result in the handling of these orders with the Courier Company of your choice.

This Returns Policy applies to online purchases only. Lydia Maskiell Interior Collection want you to be delighted with your online shopping experience, therefore, we endeavour to provide you with as much information about our policies so that you can make an informed decision. You may return the product for an exchange or credit note providing:
Original receipt, or proof of purchase is presented
Product/s are returned within 7 days from date of purchase
Product/s are in their original condition and packaging
Please choose carefully. A refund will not be offered for change of mind. A refund will apply if:
Product/s are identified as faulty
Product/s do not perform the intended purpose as represented
Product does not match the description provided.

Please advise your name, original order number, what product(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning
Please print the Return Authorisation Form and attach the completed form to each box being returned.
Items must be returned in their original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund or credit note (shipping charge is not refundable).
A copy of the original packing slip or invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product.
Once we receive the returned products we will issue your credit note or refund within 10 business days.

The returned item/s must be in our possession within 7 days of your Authorisation Number received. Shipping & handling charges are non refundable.
Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered. All products will be inspected prior to return policy being actioned.
Customers must request a return authorisation number prior to returning. Unauthorised returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
